Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms of service – dreamjwell.


Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Please note that only one box will be provided for an order. If you want more than 1, Shipping cost and packing cost will be added accordingly. Contact us for such special request.


What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?


We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.


Domestic Shipping – prepaid orders

We offer standard shipping at a fixed rate of INR 100, Delivery time : 2 to 6 business days depending upon your location. 

Domestic Shipping – Cash-On-Delivery Orders


We charge fixed rate of INR 150 for shipping all cash-on-delivery orders. Delivery time : 2 to 6 business days depending upon your location. 

Domestic Expedited Shipping Fees – pre-paid


We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, We offer worldwide shipping. International Shipping is charged as per weight of the products, and as per the rates provided to us by our courier partners.

We have partnered with DHL and India Post - Speed Post.

Note : The rates and serviceability changes as per guidance by our courier partners.

Broadly we have two class of delivery services:
  1. Standard - Postal
  2. Premium - DHL(recommended)

Standard Postal:

The fulfilment would be done by India Post - Speed Post or International Tracker Parcel. Delivery takes 15 to 25 working days, in some worst case like delay in customs clearance or local restrictions like COVID or any other similar issues it could take up to 30 days. If the package is held by customs, as per the information given by Postal department, it could take 90 working days to get released or to know the status of the package. Dreamjwell cannot be held responsible for that. And We will not provide refund for the same reason. Please be informed about the risk in choosing this option and then place order.

We recommend you to choose this method if you have no urgency or not ordering for any particular occasion as it could take longer to reach.

We will provide tracking information using which you can track your packages in www.indiapost.gov.in. You will be able to see tracking information until the package leaves India. After that it could take upto 1 week to see next update. You can also track your package in your corresponding country's postal website. 

There may be situations where you should be willing to communicate with your local post office and get updates about the package in case of any delays. Postal option needs communication from both our and your side.

Premium:

This fulfilment would be done by either DHL or FEDEX. Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. Though mostly the delivery happens much before the mentioned timelines.

We highly recommend you to choose this option if you are ordering for an occasion and if there is any time constraint. Even though it costs few extra bucks, it will be worth the spend since the service will be much better and faster.

Note 1: All necessary documentation required for customs clearance will be provided by DreamJwell.

Note 2: Based on your local laws there may be additional taxes applicable, we are not aware of that and we are not charging you for that. Those additional taxes, if applicable, should be paid by you at the time of delivery. Our courier partners or DreamJwell will contact you to inform such charges.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and DreamJwell encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to DreamJwell at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


Are there other shipping restrictions?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
  • To ensure quick dispatch, order must be placed by 12 AM IST.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
